Getting started
Five steps from first call to first session.
Our approach
Behavior is communication. Our job is to understand what a child is telling us — and then teach the skills that make being understood easier.
Play is the method, not the reward
Sessions look like playing because that is how young children learn. The teaching is built into the play.
One BCBA, one plan
Your child's program is written and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in ABA therapy
We measure what we teach
Data is collected every session, so decisions about what to change come from evidence rather than guesswork.
Families are part of the team
You are welcome to observe, ask questions, and practise strategies with us. Nothing about your child's plan is a mystery.
Dignity first, always
We build on strengths, respect sensory needs, and teach self-advocacy alongside every other skill.

What is ABA therapy?
Applied Behavior Analysis is a therapy that teaches skills in small steps and uses positive reinforcement to build them. It is used to support communication, daily living, play, and social skills, and to reduce behaviors that get in a child's way.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans including Medicaid and take the time to verify your benefits before services begin. Our team will explain what your plan covers, any potential out-of-pocket costs, and answer any questions you may have, so you can make an informed decision with confidence before committing to therapy.
What ages do you work with?
We work with children from around age two through school age. Programs look different at every age — early learners spend more time on communication and play, older children on independence and social skills.
How many hours a week will my child need?
It depends on the assessment. Some children do a few focused hours each week; others benefit from a fuller schedule. Your BCBA recommends a range and explains the reasoning.
Do we need a diagnosis first?
An autism diagnosis from a qualified provider is usually required for insurance to cover ABA. If your child does not have one yet, call us and we will point you toward the right next step.
What does a session actually look like?
A therapist and your child working together at a table, on the floor, or out in the community — practising targeted skills, taking breaks, and recording what worked.
